AZ CNC Shop LLC is a separate Deerfield Beach, Florida fabrication and manufacturing company that produces metal components and welded assemblies for AZ-GROUP USA.

Sheet laser cutting

Panels, brackets, frame elements and mounting geometry are cut from production sheet material.

Tube laser cutting

Structural tube receives cut-to-length geometry, holes, end profiles and locating features.

CNC forming

Flat components are formed into channels, stands, supports and machine-panel geometry.

Welding and assembly

Cut and formed components become machine frames and structural assemblies ready for downstream equipment build.
