AZ-CNC Shop LLC (“AZ-CNC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the confidentiality of customer and prospective-customer information. We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate our website, respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, evaluate manufacturability, and provide fabrication services.

Section 01

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through az-cnc.com, including our contact and request-for-quote forms, and to information you provide to us in connection with an inquiry initiated through the website.

This policy does not govern third-party websites or services that may be linked from our website. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Section 02

Information we collect

Information you provide

We may collect information you choose to submit, including:

  • Your name, company name, email address, telephone number, and business address.
  • Project descriptions, requested quantities, materials, target dates, specifications, and other quotation details.
  • Drawings, CAD files, DXF files, PDFs, images, and other files uploaded with a request.
  • Messages and other communications you send to us.

Information collected automatically

When you use the website, our hosting, security, and content-delivery providers may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, requested pages, timestamps, and security-event data.

Section 03

How we use information

We may use information for the following business purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries and communicating about your project.
  • Reviewing drawings and specifications for manufacturability.
  • Preparing quotations, lead-time estimates, and production recommendations.
  • Providing, administering, and improving our fabrication services.
  • Protecting the website, our systems, our customers, and our business from spam, fraud, misuse, and security threats.
  • Maintaining business records and complying with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and regulatory obligations.
  • Enforcing our agreements and resolving disputes.

We do not use customer drawings or project files to advertise another customer’s work without permission.

Section 04

Drawings and uploaded files

Files submitted through the website may contain confidential technical, commercial, or intellectual-property information. We use these files to evaluate and respond to the request, prepare a quotation, plan manufacturing, maintain project records, and provide requested services.

Please do not submit classified information, export-controlled technical data, protected health information, payment-card data, passwords, or other highly sensitive information unless we have expressly agreed in writing to receive it through an appropriate channel.

Important: Uploading a file does not create a confidentiality agreement or nondisclosure agreement. When an NDA is required, contact us before sending the protected information so the parties can execute an appropriate written agreement.

Section 05

How information is shared

We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: hosting, email, security, CAPTCHA, cloud infrastructure, IT support, and other vendors that help us operate the website and business.
  • Manufacturing support: qualified subcontractors, material suppliers, finishers, freight providers, or professional advisers when reasonably necessary to quote or perform a project.
  • Legal and safety purposes: when required by law, legal process, government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, safety, or system integrity.
  • Business transactions: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction.
  • With your direction or consent: when you ask us to share information or otherwise authorize the disclosure.

We expect service providers and project partners to use information only for the purpose for which it was provided and to apply reasonable safeguards.

Section 06

Cookies and site technology

The website and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies required for security, performance, form functionality, and traffic management.

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Turnstile and related Cloudflare security services may process technical information about your browser, device, network, and interaction with the website in accordance with Cloudflare’s own privacy documentation.

You may configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential technologies may affect website or form functionality.

Section 07

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including quotation follow-up, project administration, repeat-order support, warranty and quality records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and business recordkeeping.

Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the status of the project, contractual requirements, applicable law, and legitimate business needs. We may retain drawings and quotation records to support future revisions or repeat orders unless deletion is requested and no legal or operational reason requires continued retention.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of internet transmission, email communication, or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Section 08

Your choices and rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you. You may also ask questions about how information has been used or shared.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We may retain information where permitted or required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, contractual obligations, quality records, defense of claims, or other legitimate business purposes.

Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction. Where applicable law provides additional rights, we will process verified requests consistent with that law.

Section 09

Children

Our website and fabrication services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.

Section 10

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our website, services, practices, or legal obligations.
