These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and AZ-CNC Shop LLC (“AZ-CNC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to your use of az-cnc.com and any information, files, or requests you submit through the website.
Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.
If you use the website on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization and bind it to these Terms.
Website purpose
The website provides general information about AZ-CNC capabilities and allows visitors to contact us or request a quotation. Website content is informational and does not constitute engineering, design, safety, legal, regulatory, or professional advice.
Capabilities, materials, dimensions, tolerances, lead times, photographs, examples, and other information shown on the website may be changed or corrected without notice and must be confirmed for each project.
Quotes, estimates, and orders
Submitting a request through the website does not create an order, manufacturing commitment, or obligation for AZ-CNC to provide services. Any automatically generated acknowledgment only confirms receipt.
A quotation is subject to the drawings, specifications, assumptions, exclusions, quantities, materials, finish requirements, tolerances, delivery terms, taxes, freight, and validity period stated in that quotation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, pricing and lead times are estimates until AZ-CNC accepts the order and confirms all required information.
An order becomes binding only when accepted by AZ-CNC in writing or when AZ-CNC begins performance after receiving any required approval, purchase order, deposit, or payment.
Separate quotation, sales, credit, payment, delivery, warranty, or project-specific terms may apply. If those written terms conflict with these website Terms, the project-specific terms control for that transaction.
Your submissions and project files
You retain ownership of drawings, CAD data, specifications, trademarks, and other materials you submit. You grant AZ-CNC and its service providers and qualified project partners a limited right to receive, copy, review, convert, analyze, store, transmit, and otherwise use those materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, plan, manufacture, deliver, document, and support the requested work.
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the authority and necessary rights to submit and authorize use of the materials.
- The materials and requested work do not infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, contractual, or other rights.
- The request does not involve illegal goods, prohibited weapons, controlled technical data, or activities that would violate applicable law.
- Information you provide is accurate and sufficiently complete for the requested evaluation.
No implied NDA: Submission through the website does not by itself create a nondisclosure agreement. Contact AZ-CNC before submitting confidential information that requires a signed NDA or special handling.
Manufacturing and design responsibility
You are responsible for the design, dimensions, tolerances, material selection, intended use, regulatory requirements, performance requirements, and safety of the requested part or assembly unless AZ-CNC expressly agrees in writing to provide specified engineering or design services.
Any manufacturability comments, suggestions, file repairs, geometry conversions, bend calculations, nesting adjustments, or process recommendations are provided to support production and do not transfer design responsibility to AZ-CNC.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving drawings, revisions, proofs, specifications, samples, and first-article information when approval is requested. AZ-CNC may rely on the latest approved materials and instructions in its possession.
Finished parts may exhibit normal process characteristics, including edge condition, heat tint, tool marks, grain-direction variation, bend-radius variation, weld appearance, distortion, coating variation, and commercially reasonable dimensional variation, subject to the specifications accepted for the project.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website to:
- Violate any law, regulation, sanction, export-control requirement, or third-party right.
- Submit malicious code, corrupted files, deceptive requests, spam, or automated traffic that interferes with website operation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, source code, files, networks, or security systems.
- Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or systematically extract website content except as permitted by law.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority, project, or intended use.
We may block access, reject files, decline requests, or preserve and disclose information where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect systems, comply with law, or protect AZ-CNC or others.
AZ-CNC intellectual property
The website and its text, design, layout, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to AZ-CNC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the website for legitimate business evaluation and communication with AZ-CNC. No other license is granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission.
AZ-CNC, the AZ-CNC logo, and related branding may not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or authorization without written permission.
Third-party services and links
The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including hosting, security, CAPTCHA, maps, content delivery, fonts, and email infrastructure. AZ-CNC does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AZ-CNC SHOP LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AZ-CNC’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AZ-CNC Shop LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, your submitted materials, your requested product or use, or your violation of another party’s rights.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the website or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Broward County, Florida, or the United States District Court having jurisdiction over Broward County, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use.
Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
